DHA-130 is a SIP phone by D-Link, but it was used to be bundled with specific SIP service provider - teltel (http://www.teltel.com.tw/tw/business/devices.html)
Due to unknown reason, D-Link has been terminated this IP Phone service (they call D-LIFE) last in JUL/31/2010, and resulted this DHA-130 has no purpose to be used as a telephone, of course, it is a dual mode cordless telephone, one mode dial out to landline (PSTN), and other is SIP mode dial out to Internet, but somehow the firmware setting is default for SIP mode (D-LIFE), user has to switching this to PSTN mode if you want to dial out via landline. it is not a single time setup but every time landline dialing.
Refer to D-LINK GPL Code Statement, we had have written request to see whether the source code of this DHA-130 is available. Today, we have email notice that confirming such source code is available for download as following,

source code, callmgr.mk, it is telling the SIP provider by teltel
teltel's web cast is another confirmation of teltel is SIP for DHA-130
now we may have the chance to alter function of this designed DHA-130 to become a configurable IP Phone, no more teltel bundled D-LIFE phone, perhaps..
