Calibration & least square fit, data range 273K-373K, ice bath & boiling water, maximum error +/-1%.

Calibration & least square fit, data range, 300K - 473K, oil bath, maximum error, +/-5%. Delta of temperature coefficience is cosiderable constance; offset of measurement drift is possible caused by setup.
Conclusion
1) VF drop has almost linear function regrading different operating current;
2) Error of linearity is propotional to resistance;
